The traditional construction mode does not meet the requirements of modern oilfield efficiency and production.

Based on the characteristics of complex fault block reservoirs and complex surface conditions, Dagang Oilfield quantitatively predicts the optimal direct transport distance from well to joint station through working condition simulation and other technical means in the layout of gathering system, constructs the layout of gathering station and pipe network structure with minimum energy consumption, and supports multi-energy complementary, clean substitution, closed emission reduction technologies. The traditional multi-stage transfer, pressurization and heating is transformed into a closed direct transmission from the well to the combined station, which reduces the per-ton oil gathering and transportation unit consumption by 34%.
In terms of injection system layout, Dagang Oilfield takes maximum efficiency and minimum energy consumption of injection system as the goal, comprehensively considers construction investment and operation cost, constructs the injection system efficiency evaluation and production operation optimization model, realizes the optimal configuration of injection network and injection station, and improves the injection system efficiency by 7%.
In terms of pipeline failure prediction and management, Dagang Oilfield has invented a quantified and characterized pipeline risk assessment and failure consequence prediction method, established a ground corrosion protection system based on the whole life cycle, and realized the transformation from passive post-emergency repair to active predictive and preventive maintenance, greatly improving the essential safety and security capability of the system.
